Simply browse through our collections adding the selected items to your basket. Once you have completed your shopping proceed to the checkout where you will be able to pay by credit/debit cards on our secure buy on line site Pay-pal OR order via email or phone with your requests. Payment can be made via cheque or postal order. Payments must be received before goods can be despatched. All cheques should be made payable to Purple Spice Jewellery.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Deadline for Christmas orders midnight Friday 16th December 2011.

DELIVERY
We will endeavour to post items in stock within 48 hours, For items hand made to order, please allow 7 – 10 days for delivery. If your request is urgent then please contact us via email or phone and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Delivery charges for UK only are:

Flate rate of £2.75 for all orders

All our products are sent by Recorded or Special Delivery. For overseas orders please contact us for a price quote on delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or provide a complete refund on the condition that items are returned to us in a resaleable condition within 14 days. We regret we cannot refund postage costs, as these are direct costs to us as a company. When returning goods, we recommend you use recorded delivery, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
